I’ve ridden them in really cold weather below 0 celsius and they keep my hands warm. Depends on how you hit but a motorcycle helmet may be the better choice for safety.

The visor also fogs up without glasses. There’s not a lot of ventilation in the helmet.

can they make hands be warm even hour driving when outside is wind and temperature -2 celsium ?
