The Aventura X is a Stylish Budget Electric “Vespa” | Full Review

We’ve moved! Check out our FULL review here. Summary below.

The Aventura X electric scooter embodies classic Italian design with an aesthetic reminiscent of Vespa scooters. It’s agile, powered by a 2000-watt motor for swift acceleration, and can comfortably carry two riders. Its DOT approval facilitates easy registration. Available in six colors, the scooter boasts a quiet ride, a loud horn, and comes with an alarm system and key fob for added security. With no emissions and low maintenance, it offers an eco-friendly and hassle-free alternative.

However, some drawbacks include a plastic body, a 25-mile range extendable to 50 miles with an extra battery, occasional creaky noises, potential suspension bottoming out, a top speed of 30 mph, and a weak headlight. Storage space is limited. The Aventura X is ideal for scooter enthusiasts who appreciate classic design and low-maintenance electric mobility. Its DOT approval streamlines registration, and the scooter can accommodate two passengers. The range might not suit long-distance riders, and the quiet operation necessitates maintenance for potential noises.

Despite these drawbacks, the Aventura X offers a unique and enjoyable riding experience for those seeking an eco-friendly alternative to traditional scooters.

  1. All sounds (and looks) great, except the plastic body – darn! Still, maybe if it’s heavy duty material and durable, that could be a plus. Seems like Jimmy got used to it.

  2. How long has Adventura-X been in business? I can’t seem to find any public review forums on them (i.e. yelp, Google, etc.)

    1. I believe they have been in busy for a few years. I firt met them at the Electrify event in Orange County last year.
